Sweet Bee's Sunrise Eats was born from our passion for creating a warm, welcoming space where community comes first. Joseph and Kelly Barnstorf envisioned a place that embodies the Danish concept of hygge — that feeling of cozy contentment and well-being.
Every morning before sunrise, we're in our kitchen crafting small batches of pastries, breads, and seasonal specialties. We believe in the power of local partnerships, working closely with nearby farmers, beekeepers, and coffee roasters to bring you the freshest, most flavorful ingredients our region has to offer.
